Zephyr HDR for IGBT
Image-Guided Brachytherapy
With Image-Guided Brachytherapy (IGBT), clinicians are able to modify dose distributions based on a patient’s individual anatomy and tumor response, typically using CT, PET/CT, and/or MRI. The challenge with imaging, using one or more modalities, is ensuring applicator/needle displacement does not occur when moving the patient to the brachytherapy suite.
The Zephyr HDR utilizes patented hover technology for patient transfer which effectively minimizes the displacement of the applicator/needles between imaging and treatment in a safe, accurate, and stable manner.

MR-Conditional Stirrups for Clinical Use in MR-Guided Brachytherapy
The clinical team from Dana Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center recently joined us for a webinar describing the evaluation of our MR conditional hoverboard and stirrups for heating and image quality during 3T MRI.
They shared their perspective on the importance of using these tools to enable MR-only brachytherapy treatment planning workflows by allowing applicator or needle adjustments.
