According to Health Imaging News, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed Senate Bill 1237 into law. The bill requires a patient's health record and scanned image be recorded with radiation dosage levels as well as overdoses of radiation be reported to the patient, the treating physician and the California Department of Public Health.
